Mckenna was available pretty much 24/7 for us and toom the time to explain every little detail as it was happening. This was our first time buying a home and she made everything so easy. Mckenna was very easy to work with and I would 100% work with her again in the future. Even when things were going wrong she would fix it and give me the best possible option.

McKenna went above and beyond to answer any questions I needed and ensure I got the best interest rates. She isn’t just a 9-5 employee, she was always available by phone after hours or anytime she was needed. She is dedicated to her job and the individual taking out the loan. In the future, if I ever chose to buy again, I would only use her as my loan officer.

This was my first home mortgage and I couldn’t have ask for a better loan officer than Mckenna Lewis. She was very thorough with how the process worked; anytime a question I would have come up I could call or text her and if she didn’t answer it was because she was on the phone with someone else and she immediately would call me back. This wasn’t an easy loan process for her I’m certain but it was due to issues out of her and my control and she stayed right on top of those issues and kept me updated about as soon as she found. Without her this loan would not have went through because by the end of it she was the only person I trusted to tell me the truth. I didn’t trust my real estate agent and didn’t trust the seller or his real estate agent. She really was the best. Wouldn’t want to go through this process again without her.
